Level 1 – Beginning teacher – Dependent on instructional materials and is developing the skills necessary for effective class instruction. Working towards full student compliance in the classroom.

Min: $32,000
Max: $36,000

Level 2 Novice teacher – Seeks multiple materials, begins to look at own teaching method to improve. Teaches using a model where students are compliant.

Min: $34,000
Max: $38,000

Level 3 Proficient teacher – Researches different methods of instruction, provides ideas that are considered by others, teaches using a model where students are mostly engaged.

Min: $38,000
Max: $45,000

Level 4 Advanced teacher – Develops sustained teaching method. Mentors other teachers, develops the curriculum and culture. Students consistently engaged with high quality material.
