Mrs. Muller, now in her 18th year as a teacher, is very excited to be teaching for her 2nd year at Loveland Classical Schools. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, she received her B.A. in political science from Dickinson College. She has taught a wide variety of subjects over the course of her career—ranging from humanities to math to study skills to handwriting—and has lived in an equally diverse number of places. She feels that she has found a home, however, both in Colorado and in the subject of English Literature. Prior to coming to Loveland Classical, Mrs. Muller had been teaching 5th grade at Ridgeview Classical Schools in Fort Collins. She is thrilled to be able to devote her attention to English as a 6th grade literature and composition teacher at Loveland. Most of all, she is eager to share her passion for beautiful words, great books, and excellent grammar with her students.
When she is not teaching, Mrs. Muller enjoys spending time with her husband, Kurt, two daughters, Samantha and Corinne, and their three chihuahua mixes. She is an avid Scrabble player and gardener. One of Mrs. Muller’s most-anticipated annual activities is flying to Oregon with her husband to watch plays at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in June. Her favorite play this year was Macbeth.
